Refund policy

  • You will have 30 days after you receive your order to return or exchange the product(s). 
  • Individual products in a bundle kit cannot be returned or exchanged. The bundle is treated as one product. 
  • All dates considered are based off of the INITIAL date of receiving the product. If you receive an exchange or similar, the return and refund policy will still be based off of the date the initial product was received. 
  • You must pay the return postage. You will be refunded the total product value amount (minus processing fees) from your order once we receive and process your return. (Do NOT return Via UPS as additional import charges will be owed.) If you are exchanging a product, once the product is received you will receive an invoice for the new product as well as any refund, credit, or charge that may be applicable. 
  • There will be an inspection/restocking fee of $5-$30 to compensate for a full inspection of returned or exchanged products and quality testing of every part returned. The volume of products returned will determine the exact cost.
  • All parts of the returned product(s) must be in great working condition in order to receive full reimbursement for the products original cost.
  • If products are returned damaged the cost to replace the damaged parts will be deducted from your total refund amount or added on to your new invoice for the exchange of a new product.
  • If you return a product and there are duties, fees and taxes you will be responsible for the duties, fees and taxes.
